5years ago, I got an admit my second choice school, and I sent my accept letter. Some-day later, I got an admit from my first school. So, I sent a letter to my second choice school - "I will not go to your school because......" Then, I went to my first choice school. So, I think it is o.k. because some accept people didn't go to school by ecom. or health, etc.

Today, I got reject letter from my first choice. And, my second choice school said, "Sorry, I still do not have your file back from the committee yet.
