  1. Hey we know that u deserve much more... So just relax for a couple of days and start off again... :-)
  2. I am confused b/w B and E... Will go for E though....
  3. I am confused b/w A and B.. but will go for B... If A had been:The nurse told me that the doctor's office "will" close at 5:00 pm Then may be A... but for time being B... Edited (After seeing Bob's post): My mistake, A is correct in terms of making a very general stmt. I thght that tense should have been future.
  4. Shud, I feel that "he" at the end is an important criterion for eliminating B & D... C is awkward and E changes meaning: i get the impression that the instrument is "still" being made... Thats y i went for A... Wats the OA? Is it A??
  5. @ BiggameJames: Can you elaborate why u chose C?? As i went for B as well... and somehow cant figure out why C is right...
  6. Ya correct... it should be A , A.. both are cause-effect problems... If you have any confusions, do let us know...
  7. If all the brands, mentioned for products in the book in Calovia, use recycled material, then whats the use of the book? There have to be certain brands which use recycled and non-recycled material so the usage of book comes into picture... That gets highlighted/strengthened by B.... wherein some manufacturers use recycled stuff but do not advertise... so normal people will come to know of these only via the book! That was my reasoning....
  8. Concur with all on A & D on Q1 and 2... For Q3, i go for C... I feel there is a small diff between C & D in Q3. Over 75 percent of the energy produced in France derives from nuclear power, while in Germany it is just over 33 percent. whereas nuclear power accounts for just over 33 percent of the energy produced in Germany whereas just over 33 percent of the energy comes from nuclear power in GermanyIf you read the first clause of the main sentence, it says that X% of energy in France comes from nuclear power. Here "its" is not mentioned before "nuclear power". So nuclear power can come from France or any other source... I feel that if choice D would have been "whereas just over 33% of the energy in Germany comes from nuclear power" i would have chosen this. But in Germany is not present with "energy" but with "nuclear power". I hope i am clear... There's a very thin line bwtween C & D... I then argued that even in C, "its" is not mentioned that "nuclear power in Germany" but thats not reqd as i had stated earlier that in the main clause nuclear power in France has not been mentioned! If you guyz have some proper reason to go for D, do let us know... Also, i might be totally wrong here... So if you feel that i am missing something.. do let me know...
  9. Gud 1 Amit... I did this via POE...
  10. I am confused for 2nd ques: C is the wrong answer IMO... The passage states that tyrants who appear to be religious to his subjects can do more unjust treatment and can rule more. Then how come C says that subjects can rarely be fooled by religious appearances? If they cannot be fooled, clearly this is a contradiction to the argument. I went for A & B out of which i chose A as B is a very strong stmt to make.
  11. C for me as well... The author is trying to make a point here that artifical is (atleast) better than natural by giving examples of digging, building etc. Unless, these all assumed to better than nature, argument will fall apart.
