  1. Some schools require at least 24 in speaking. You should check all the schools that you plan to apply to.
  2. You never know how much you're going to get until to see the result. You may score higher than 93. I totally agree that TOEFL is not that good to test your English skill, but what else is better? You not only need to prepare, but you still need to do more research and familiarize yourself and also practice speaking in just any topic, so that you can come out with all sentences during the test.
  3. The idiom is forbid X to Y. "forbid X from Y" is unidiomatic.
  4. You're probably right. Just call them a few days after you fax it. I ordered online and paid by credit card, but I didn't get any confirmation page or email, so I called them immediately and they verified that the order was being processed.
  5. The best way is to call them to verify. It takes 3 weeks for the university to receive it, so you don't want to waste this time and find out later that ETS doesn't process your order.
  6. great score. Congratulations!
  7. Congratulations! no offense, from searching thru your previous post in this forum, you seems to get most of the answers wrong in the verbal part. how did you manage to get 44 in verbal on the real test? can't wait for your debrief on how your improve it.
  8. what is this suppose to mean (-1) ^k+1 (1/2^k) ? is it [(-1) ^k] + [1 (1/2^k)] ? if so, why do you need "1" there? or is it (-1) ^k+1 * (1/2^k) ?
  9. beside you, who else doesn't use rough paper? :hmm:
  10. congrats for the great score.
  11. congratulations! great score.
  12. Hi MGMAT, First of all welcome to the forum and thank you for taking time to answer the question. Your verbal is pretty much in line with the real test, but I'm with others that the Quan part is very difficult. Usually, for Quan, I get between 48-50 in all preps and even in 3 real tests, but I got only 41 and 42 in MGMAT tests.
  13. Sorry to hear about the incident. Do you have to wait 31 days before you can retake? As this is the administrator's fault, I believe you don't have to wait 31 days, right?
  14. I just realize that there are non-CAT and CAT tests. I took the non-CAT and found that the score is much lower than what I got from GMAT Prep.
