hey kim!! when are planning to give OTR? am planning to give otr in dec.. what i would suggest u to do is, study ur basics from any one of these books, Trombley, Willard or Pedretti. once u are done , start with ur Rita and once u finish with Rita, ull know what topics u need to prepare more and again back to the text book(study trombley..W..P...) Before giving the exam u need to be thorough with Rita(atleast 3-4times). this is what all my frends did and they all cleared in the first attempt... good luck and keep in touch..

hey kavitha to qualify for OTR u need to have a score of 26 in speaking and overall 89. they are just particular abt the speaking score to be 26 and total 89.

hey kavitha they score separately for all the four parts, however the few professional liscense exams require a specific score in speaking and a specific score overall.

hello amol, i was supposed to take ibt on july 29th but on 27th i received an email from thomson saying that it has been rescheduled to sept 23rd. one of my friend also had a similar problem and when we called them they said they have some technical problems.

hey kavitha, we ll on the same page dont worry. thou i havent taken toefl yet,heard a lot abt it.my toefl was on 29th but they rescheduled it to sept 23rd and informed me just 2days before. hey swathi, i heard that NBCOT has extended the eligibility to 2007 if u have sent all the required forms before dec2006.

hey guys , my toeflibt was supposed to be on 29th july i.e day after tomorrow and today i received an email from prometric thomson saying my exam has been rescheduled to sept 23rd... i was shocked...but now am so depressed. they are saying there is some tech problem..

hello learner20, go to the practice online link on Toefl site and enter your id and some password on the right side where it says Login Here. and hit submit. then it takes you to a page which says your id doenot exist and towards right side there would be an option, New user , just click on it and register yourself. hope am helpful gudluck
