  2. That's a great score! What's next: what schools are you going to apply? Question: did you have any probability, combinatoric questions? How many?
  3. Hey guys, do you know how to open an attached sheet? Every time I try to open an attachment, I get a TM message saying that I can't open it because of some reasons, etc. Please, help! Thanks!
  4. Hey Krovvidy! My congratulations to you with your score! You rocked on Quant section. As for retaking the test, if I were you, I would definitely retake it working on weak verbal points since you already know what weaknesses you have in that section :). Having said that, overall, your score is pretty high. I wish you the best of luck should you decide to retake the test!!!
  5. Well done! Congratulations, man! Hope to see your debrief soon. Congrats again!!!
  6. Thank you, scorpion. Do you advise me to take GMAT Prep 1 & 2 now or after a month of studying for Quant and SC? I have already started reviewing my math on Manhattan Math Guide. Then I want to look at Manhattan SC, etc. Do you think it is a good strategy? I haven't taken the GMAT Prep yet.
  7. Well done. Congratulations! What schools are you going to apply now?

  11. hello everyone, i need your advice: what GMAT test i should take to determine where i stand currently? I want to know my strengths and weaknesses first before I begin my intensive preparation for the test.
  12. The reason for choosing October or November is because I would like to really study for the test. Do you think it would be too late if I take the test in Oct/Nov?
  13. Hey, Congratulations to you! It is great score!!! How did you study? What books did you use to get prepared for the test? How long did you study, i.e. how many months, how many hours a day or a week? Any suggestions? What schools are you applying to? I would appreciate if you could share your experience... Congratulations again!!!
  14. I understand it is going to be really tough to reach the 700 score or above. However, I am going to study for about 6 months before I will take the test. 6 months of studying 3-4 hours daily, should be good enough to do well on the test, don't you think? I know it seems impossible to jump that high but I want to give a try and see what happens after. What books do you suggest to study for the test? I currently ordered about 10 books: OG11, OG Math, OG Verbal, Manhattan Math Review, Manhattan Math Solutions Guide, Manhattan Verbal Review, Manhattan Verbal Solutions Guide, Manhattan SC, Kaplan 800. Do you think this should be good for now?
  15. Thank you for your response but as I had said I took the test last time without any preparation. Therefore, I am very optimistic about at least 700 if I put my effort on it.
  16. :new:Hello all, I am planning to get prepared for GMAT and take the test in October/November. My goal is to get at least 700. However, I had taken it in the past (3 years ago) and did very poorly (390) because I did not prepare for it at all. I want to try again but this time I have about 5-6 months. What books do you advise to use to make the best out of my time and increase my last score from 390 to at least 700. Also, what preparation tips do you advise me to reach that goal? Thank you for your advice.

  19. Hello All, I need your advice in choosing the best GMAT books to get prepared for the test that I am planning to take in October or November. I head good things about OG, Kaplan, Manhattan, etc. Which ones are really the best of all to do really well on the test? I took it once 3 years ago and did very poorly. Of course, I didn't prepare for the test at all and my score was 390. Very bad!!! Now I want to study intensively and take it again. I want to get at least 700. Thank you.
