That is usually TOEFL website problem, but please stop trying and call TOEFL and have the CSR register you over the phone. Also check and see if you were charged more than once.

No! :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: After the test you have to pay to send scores.

Its 10PM the night before the test. Up until then you can make changes to the score recipients. :tup:
The only time you can cancel you scores is at the test center. At the very end of the test you are give the option to cancel you test and then no one will get the scores. That is the only way to not send your scores to the schools.
If you did not do it at the end of the test, then it is to late.:2cents:
