Can someone evaluate this response..plssss It is paramount for a democratic country to consider the people's opinion in framing policies. But there exist certain issues where in the government has to deviate from the above assumption and take decisions on its own whether they may be in contrary or in agreement to the people's choice. In the field of research often we encounter situations where in enormous amount of capital is to be invested. The government has to decide whether such research is to be conducted or should it use these funds for the providing better services to people. Consider the Space Research program of India. Many sections of the society feel that India with a very high percent of people living below the poverty line cannot afford to spend money in such research activities. But very few understand that this research also brings in capital and employment to the country by the establishment of new industries for the production of materials and components needed in such program. In issues such as this the people are not well informed or not educated. Hence the government cannot alone go by the people's will. It should back its instinct to take up bold decisions in favour of development of the nation. In India when the issue of sending peace keeping troops to Iraq arose, a unanimous decision could not be arrived upon considering the people choices alone. Certain sections of the society felt that India can have a role in developing the infrastructre that could further help the economy prosper by bagging many of the construction contracts and projects. Others felt that since India could not afford the exorbitant costs of sending peace keeping troops and more over the native Iraqis may rebel against Indians thereby causing deaths of Indian troopers. But a decision on this issue was necessary to be taken. Thus intervened the Prime Minister of India who decided against sending the troops to Iraq. This one of those situations where one cannot determine the people's opinion clearly and hence an official has to solely go by his judgement taking into consideration the integrity of the nation is not affected by his decision. But there exist certain policies of the government which are usually opposed by the common people. In India there has been a proposal for implementaion of Uniform Civil Code(UCC) that would bind all the citizens of the nation by common laws in marriage, divorce etc. There has been widespread criticism from all sections of society to this saying that this is a threat to the secularism followed by India. But the present government under the duress of sister organisations is keen to frame these laws. In such cases it is of utmost importance that the government goes by the will of the people. Dogmatically implementing such policies would mean defiling the meaning of democracy. It would lead to autocracy as followed by Hitler wherein the people undergo enormous sufferings. To sum up, a government should follow the opinion of the common public , after all that is the function of a government elected by people. But they must also be flexible to arrive upon decisions in matters of national importance where a unanimous public choice is not available or when the common public have little information on the issues.

The Gross Domestic Product(GDP) of these nations is on the surge. Globally Euro's value is increasing day after day. This has led people all over the world to rethink the relations the countries are sharing with their neighbours. This is manifested in the efforts made by the two South Asian counter parts, India and Pakistan in the recent years to forget rivarly and strive forward for a better future. In the field of education and sciences too global networking has been playing an important role. Making the best use of the Internet technology the world renowned universities all over the world have started to post the course material online thereby making it possible for people at every nook and corner of the world to access this by just being on the World Wide Web(WWW). Students involved in research are immensely helped by the enormous amount of the journals which have been put on the net. One can make use of the results obtained by others in their research and thus save large amount of man hours which would have been needlessly wasted. Coming to the field of arts, the growth of high speed communication links between nations has helped the writers from all over the world to critique each others work. One is able to access works of some of the greatest writers from all over the world. People of one nation are generally opinionated on certain literary works. Newer and newer intrerpretations stem out when such works are discussed globally thus getting a better understanding of such works. Similarly in the Fashion industry, the interaction between the designers has increased. Its by this interaction that one can gets to about the each others way of thinking and thus utlizing it to make more creative and innovative designs. As we can observe from above, from field of poltics to science the development is on the upsurge by utilizing the networking principle. Thus I would like to generlaize and say that every field of the modern society making use of this networking priciple is being immesley profited from the international influences and that this healthy relationship between the networking and development would continue for the betterment of Homo Sapien species .
