@ Ancalagon The Black --- My class rank is bad .... i should be ranked around in the top 45 % of the class

Hi, I am applying for a masters degree in comp. science with an interest in AI. My gre score is 1390(Q 800 V 590 AWA 5.0). My undergraduate gpa is 6.78/10 and I am from The National Institute of Technology, Warangal. I havent published any papers. I am planning to apply to the following universities and I wanted people's opinions on chances of admission. 1. SUNY, Buffalo ( applied) 2. SUNY, Stonybrook 3. Texas A & M University, college station 4. University of Florida, Gainesville 5. North Carolina State University 6. Northwestern University 7. University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill 8. University of Georgia, Athens 9. UC, Davis and UC, Irvine 10 NYU 11 University of Southern California 12 Indiana University, Bloomington 13 University of Arizona, Tucson 14 Penn State University I'd also like ur opinion on admission into the following univs....from what i know these seem impossible to get in.... Hi, I am currently studying in The National Institue of Technology,Warangal doing my bachelors in computer science.I am currently in the third year of my course. My cgpa is 6.89 and my rank in class is not too good. I have been preparing for the gre and in the mock tests my average score is around 1450-1480(planning to give my gre in january). I am interested in pursuing a masters program in AI. I have done a summer internship with HCL for around 2 months after my second year. Also I have a chance to do a project in AI at Emory University after my third year. I would like to know what my chances of acceptance are at universities like university of texas,austin, uinv of illinois,urbana champagne(univ ranked between 5 and 25). I am expecting to improve my gpa to 7.3 by the time i apply. I would also like to know if by giving the computer science subject test if i can cover up my low gpa. I have not published any papers but i think i can get good letters of recommendaion. Thanks in advance, Jackie Karira
