  1. You should apply to 1 TOP 7 schools, 2 TOP 15 schools and 3 TOP 25 schools. This will keep you in safer side. Focus on writing good essays, get good recommendations and you should be getting a call from TOP school. Good Luck!

  12. Dont Give up!!! take a short 3 day break and revise your strategy. Focus on your Verbal and bit of Quant. Retake the exam after 31 days. you will cross 600+. Best of Luck!
  13. @kluevehe This is basically a discussion about different topics such as PS,DS,RC,CR,SC each weekend. last week we discussed PS and DS. THis weekend SC (at 9am PST on Saturday/Sunday) We use yahoo im Conf chat to discuss the questions. If you browse this thread you will see contact persons joining the discussion.   14. YES. YOU CAN ALWAYS CRACK GMAT. All you need is diligence and focus. Start with:- 1. Official Guide (11 and 10) 2. Manhattan Sentence Correction 3. GMAT Preps Softwarw
  15. PT or FT program:- It depends on several factors like your work schedule, your life style, your priorities, your family life, your financial status. To me PT or FT program doesnt matter. If the degree is from Branded schools like Harvard, Stanford, Chicago GSB,Wharton, you should go. If you are currently working and making $100K per year, you deciding to go MBA, then you should not compromise on the rankings. Top 5 or TOP 10 Schools should be the ultimate choice. If not, dont go for MBA. Thanks
  16. Nazar, We had our first session during last weekend (saturday/Sunday at 10 AM PST). We discussed PS/DS questions.. This weekend i think our folks will start discussing the SC/CR/RC. thanks
  17. a. 2x - 2y = 1 simplified as x-y=1/2. say x= -1 and y= -3/2 Here x >y x-y=1/2 --> -1- (-3/2)= -1+3/2= 1/2 This will negate the condition X and Y are positive. b. x/y>1 simplified as x>y Which is proven as above. Just with A or B we cannot prove the given statement. We need both A and B. Hence ans: C
  18. I haven't taken the exam yet but would recommend you to focus on areas where you made mistake and study accordingly. Keep practising as many questions as possible and have a stopclock to monitor the time you spend on each question. Good luck for your preparations.
