What do people think is the best way to prepare for the verbal section. I have seen alot of postings and these are some conclusions, please let me know. 1. For senetece correction use Manhanttan GMAT 2. Use OG11 Anything else that I should know? Besides practice from the OG 11??

You should study the Manhattan GMAT books for sentence correction, it is very good! Also http://www.mba.com offers 2 practice exams.
