Hi andyisgod, First, I have to mention that I am not applying to MBA (in fact, I am applying to BA). However, I hope what I know will be helpful to you. As far as I know, each school has its own deadline. The deadlines vary quite a lot. So you should narrow your choices and have a look at their websites or viewbooks to find necessary information. The process will take time and care. The importance of Toefl score depends on the school you are applying too. They will announce a required score, which you have to reach. Doing some research and you will know what you should do. Hope that helps.
