Hi friends, I need yours valuable input regarding application preperation. I just finished my GMAT(2 days back). I am trying for ISB with highest priority and application deadline is 1st december.So I am running short of time to prepare my essays and other stuff. Thanks man. No, I am happy to help. My score beakup is {48,37} Actually I just mentioned how my score varied. It's 720,700 and then 750. Definately 750 is because the test content got diluted(because of repetation) when I reset the exam. My personal opinion is that GMATPrep is the real reflector of our performance. That is because if you consider score 720 , 700 and then my actual score 690, they are closer. Definately this 20,30 point difference is because of bad luck, silly mistakes or uncomfortable place (when compare with home :)). What I want to suggest is GMATPrep helps to evaluate our performance. Infact I want to share some point which I observed in GMATPrep. It helps us to predict its behaviour. Will update night itself.{Now I am in office}

Definately I would like to share my experience and some point which helped me to tackle GMAT. Will do it soon.

After a intense battle I could manage a score 690. Its a mixed feeling for me. When I took GMATPrep practice test score was 720, 700 ,750. I felt reaching 700 is not a problem. Started exam with confidence. When I finished verbal I felt score could be any where between 670 and 700. Its turns out to be 690. I have decided not to retake exam but to focus on apps/essays. I am not sure what value this score fetches, considering TOP 20 colleges. Kindly give some input regarding school. ISB is there on top of my mind. Followed by NUS, national university , singapore(yes, list is driven by cost). Dont know whether my score is enough for top US colleges. My profile is DOMAIN : Software engineer WORK EXP : 5 years CURRENT POSITION : TEAM LEADER GMAT SCORE : 690 ACADEMIC : 75% in BE(E&C) PU , SSLC : 80%+ OTHER EXP : onsite experience in South Korea for 9 month as software consultant for Samsung. I want to know what contrast is made from meaning perspective. what the 1st "study of" refers to; Who made that study? Since there is no qualifier such as "earlier" or other person name?(before that/study of) , 1st part doesnt seems to convey proper contrast. If we consider D, earlier work is contrasted with Blsgame's study. I felt study may be refered to scholar work. Correct me if I missed anything.
