1.
Set A: {15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21}
Set B: {10, 11, 12, 13, 14}
This is of the form
B= {n, n+1, n+2, n+3,n+4}, A={n+6,n+7,n+8,n+9,n+10,n+11} every number from A to be added with B. Just add the first number in A to all numbers in B (we will have 5) and it will reach till n+10, so add n+10 with all numbers in set B (we have anoth 5 numbers) now. Finally add the last number from set A to last number from set B, so totally we will have 5+5+1=11 unique numbers.
2. For these kinda problems we have a formula, hard for me to remember its almost 8 yrs since i did math. But if someone can post tht formula we can derive from there...
3. Not much interest in probability sorry :-)
