Hi Orwa, if only the score in the speaking section is not what you wanted, why don't to send for a rescoring? it didnt work for me, but it worked for many others and might work for you as well,it worth trying... Good luck

you mean if the score doesn't change and remains as it is then they will not return back the money? I thought it the otherwise.. if the score changes then they will take the money!

Hi Batuk, maybe I'm not the best to advise you about the iBT, but all what I can tell you is to check the older posts in this forum about the exam, they are really helpful, then get a book to study and practice with, like the official guide of the ETS, or Barrons, or Thomson, Kaplan.... they are many and they are helpful as well....and then start to practice with the book you get...Also start to watch the English channels like the CNN, ANIMAL PLANET OR NATURAL GEOGRAPHIC,.. etc to get used to hear the English language.... If anyone else in this forum wants to add some more suggestions, they are sure welcome... Good Luck

Good luck Sagharborchamp.... in my case I already marked the correct box for speaking rescoring and the request was confirmed recieved, and that was on April 8th, and till now nothing have changed in the score inspite of the many emails and calls, so I'm applying for another exam as well, Hope I'd have better luck in that one...but I'm just wondering,,, where did the $60 go , is there a possibility of having them back?!!

What do you mean by checking the proper part that we wish to be rescored? and bending around the rules? I'm a bit confsed here...

And I've got mine on April 8th and still waiting too, I send an email to ETS and they informed me that the process may take up to 3 weeks. so just let us all wait and hope for better results.

Hi Knock, first of all, thank you(its a bit late) but you are among those in this forum who have shown me that there is nothing wrong with me in English, but its just a general case not to pass the TSE or the ibt from the first attempt or even the 5th!!, secondly, I 'm just curious.. have you passed the ibt (speaking 26) or not yet, cuz I see your threads here about struggling with the exam from long ago. wow congtats logy, then rescoring works after all..that gives me hope.. so how long did it take for the results then? and did you send the fax of rescoring request twice or only once? Congrats again and good luck in your next step.
