Thank you all for your helpful responses, I´ll try to make my way into the PhD, eventhough I consider the Post-doc interesting to people with little research experience, as is my own case.

I am studying an MA in Economics from an average European university and I wonder if it would be more feasible to continue with the PhD here and then try to find a post-doc fellowship in the States or instead apply for a PhD there. Thank you in advance.

First of all thank you for your help, I have been admitted in the ITFD, as well as in other Msc in Economics (minor university from Spain). So I wonder if it is more adequate to go to Barcelona GSE or attend the other program. Ive got a degree in business as well as an MBA here in Spain (first of my cohort).

Hi guys, I would like to know if the Msc ITFD from the Barcelona Grauate School of Economics is a good stepping stone to a top european institution PhD in Economics like EUI, Tilburg, LSE, UAB, UCL, etc. Thank you so much.
