Hi rxp2010,
Good luck with your next attempt.
I just received my results yesterday and by the grace of the good Lord, I passed with score of 79.
My advice to you is
1. Where did you go wrong in you 1st attempt? Think of what questions you found difficult to answer.
2.Focus on patient councelling for top 200 drugs
3.There are alot of questions on i.v preperations, so read through i.v drugs commonly used egs Levothyroxine, digoxin, bactrim, nitoprusside etc. Focus on iv solutions with short stability
also study dose adjustements for low CrCl. I got a few questions on those
4.Study side effects
5.for the law I read Wiessman
Lastly, the way I approached the questions is , when you read the 4 options, 1st eliminate the most wrong answers, after that select among the one which seems most correct.
Hope this helps
I used 1) APhA and ProntoPass for NAPLEX
and 2) Guide to clinical pharmacy and Lexicomp for CPJE
