  2. hi mission2010, I have a real need getting the approval for my college from PCI.I finished my B.pharmacy in 2000.all our batchmates tried thier best following it up with my college.i did from karnataka,Bangalore university. Now,i live in USA.Its been 10 years though. Some of us did m.pharm and some changed thier field.i'm still searching various options how to get the approval or registration.i know registration cannot be done until our college gets approval. Finally,i sent a message to PCI president todo something about approval.he did respond to my mail. But not sure when or how we will get that.i came to know there are few colleges in Tamilnadu and Karnataka who did n't have approval but got it later.Have u come across students who got PCI approval directly from PCI but not through thier college? This sounds little awkward ,but i still want to try FPGEE,knowing i maynot be eligible.Suggestios welcome. srujana

  5. hi,i joined this site recently. i agree with everybody.i did pharmacy in india 8 years back.i didn't get a chance to work later i got married, but i was in touch with the updates of this field.its not important how many tests we passed. What finally matters is which job we end up in. i came to know my degree was not approved by PCI(india),i quit the thought of giving any license exam.,then ,nabp passed out the rule about pharm.D.(especially,students after 2003 should do pharm.D). I'm still wondering somehow i should appear for Fpgee.all my batchmates have ended up in doing pharm.D.Now ,i'm thinking about shifting my career slightly to Medical coding .am i doing right??.or should i give it a try for FPGEE? srujana
