  3. Thank you very much.
  4. 1)If they ask you to discuss both sides of the question, first of all explain exactly what do you think about each approach, secondly use concrete examples and at last give specific reasons. 2)I don't think the sentence which you have stated is an example. You can use some expressions like For instance,To give a specific example I would like to ......,the first reason is,etc to give an individual reason.
  5. Hi there!I am glad to exchange my knowledge with you.I hope my help benefits you to improve your writing skills.Well,I will try to write some points which you can include in your essay if you favor them. --------------------------------------------------------------------- First Paragraph- Since decades, institutions throughout the country have been debating on the matter of singlesex schools and coeducation. Coeducation has been scrutinized on several fronts: some evidence suggests that coeducational classes cultivate interactions both between boys and girls and between students and teachers that impede academic achievement.Despite these positive outcomes of coeducation there are are various core of researchers, parents, policy-makers, and others who for years have extolled the advantages of single-sex education. So recently in 2002,the U.S. Department of Education announced that it intended to revise its regulations on same gender education programs considering positive effects among girls and boys studying in single sex schools.Even though coeducation has some positive attributes,I would support attending single-sex schools. In this essay, I will point out some benefits of my favor. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Concluding paragraph- In conclusion, coeducation has been firmly established in this country for over a century nevertheless single-sex education assert that when removed from the social pressures and sexual biases inherent to mixed-sex environments, many students demonstrate more commitment to academics, fewer sexually stereotyped behaviors, and higher achievement than their coeducated peers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I hope it helps you. When is your toefl? All the best. It would be great if Erin gives a comment too.

  7. Hi there!I read your essay.According to my opinion, examples which are not real may be used to state your view.I think you should polish your first and concluding paragraph. In beginning you should explain one or two points about the approach which you don't tend to support. You can write-"There are two sides of the coin.........But in my opinion.........".I hope you will get some help.Your overall essay is good.Keep it up.:)
  8. Hi!I liked the first paragraph and the way you started. It would be better if you give some examples in second or third paragraph. An example which is your own experience or something which you have read in a book or magazine.I think it might help you to score more. However, overall essay structure is good.Keep it up.
  9. My TOEFL was on 19th March 2004.I received 25-27-25 and 5.0 in TWE.TestMagic was a great help.Thank you very much.:)
  10. Topic-Some people believe that it is very important to make large amounts of money, while others are satisfied to earn a comfortable living.Analyze each viewpoint and take a stand. Answer- Today, every person is running in a race for becoming wealthy and wants to acheive high status in the society. Many people think it is vital to earn loads of money for a better living. For them being rich not only gives them utmost importance in the society but also gratifies their desire for lavish life. However,Money is like honey, once you taste it you always want more.In this chase,a person not only sacrifies countless precious moments with his loved ones but also deprives himself from enjoying life to it's fullest. So in my view, there are two sides of a coin. One brings you fame, bank balance and high standard of living, while the other side includes peace of mind, good social life and satisfaction to explore onself.Looking at both sides, it seems to me,to limit my earnings to comfort my livelihood. In this essay I will point out some benefits of my favour. Firstly,to explain this question I will give my example.I am a software engineer and work in a small corporate firm.My earning gives me freedom to buy and enjoy every aspect which a man asks for.I have my own house,a car,a computer,aircondition-heater,television,dvd player and all other neccessary eqipments whcih is a requisite for a better living. Moreover,in today's fast growing world where education matters a lot,i can afford to give a reputable education to my kids. For that purpose, every month I invest a small amount from my salary to safeguard my kids future.A proper allocation of fund is needed when you want to enjoy every pleasure of life, bounded by limited earning. Likewise,i go on vacation with my family twice a year. Our vacation may not be like staying in an extravagant hotel and wearing high priced clothes but our hearts are surely very high spirited and zippy.Afterall, place where you live and clothes what you wear doesn't matter when you are engrossed in merrymaking with your loved ones.We go out shopping once in two months. We buy new clothes which fit in our budget. We dine out and watch movies frequently. We buy gifts and presents for our family members on special occasions and festivals. We also contribute some bucks for charity purposes. In summary, everything we do or the things we purchase have a spending plan and a budget decided for it.Nevertheless,a comfortable living with a feeling of pacification is of substance to me.
