I took the GMAT yesterday I was shocked to see my score. I had practiced very very hard. I had read through the posts on this forum. And worked through the problems. Here are my scores of the exams I took KAPLAN diagnostic 600 Took the classroom Kaplan course Kaplan: CAT #1 -610, CAT #590, CAT 3 #590, CAT#4 - 630, CAT #5 - 650, CAT #6 - 620 Manhattan GMAT: CAT # 1 680, CAT #2 - 640, CAT #3 650 GMAT PREP #1 (4 Days before exam) - 660 GMAT PREP #2 (1 Day before exam) 670 ACTUAL GMAT - 580 (Q 39, V 31). Was not nervous, had a good night's sleep, but don't know what happened. Can anyone provide guidance? I hate to think that GMAT will crush my MBA dream and hopes.

Hi, I too gave the GMAT yesterday and didn't do well. I only scored 580 ( 39 Q, 31 V). This came as a complete shock because I had taken both G-Preps and scored 660 (4 days before the test) and 670 (1 day before test). I am back in the game. I agree with Canadian PHd on the Sentence Correction guide. For Maths, I would also recommend for clearing concepts, Kaplan GMAT Math Workbook, GMAT Quantatitve Review (this is the supplement to the Official Guide).
