Yes i had many CS courses like computer architecture,discrete math,Computer Networking,Introduction Computer Programming,Microprocessor .In all CS subjects i scored AA/AB as grade.Even my final year project was also of CS related (Node information from a heterogeneous network consisting of Computer,Mobile,Network Printer) I won 1st prizes in contest like robotics,Image Processing,Trojan Horse etc.In current organization,many of my implementation projects are related to research topics of different CS professors of Cornell I am quite wary of retaking my GRE as i am afraid ,my vocab score may come down.560 was the maximum that i could score it was more than my expectation. I got to know from many people like,GRE score is just a part of it,the whole package matters,but i dont have much idea.Will my ECE background will create trouble? How about the LORs,shall i take 2 from current organization and 1 from university professors?

Will my profile be applicable to ME at cornell?

Actually i dont want to go for phd.Some people are saying as i have more experience,ME will be suitable option for me.So i am totally confused.

I just got fed up with not getting any reply from edulix.please help me My GRE score is 1290(quant:730 verbal:560) I was very poor in verbal,so didnt practice for quants at all which result in a poor score in quant which is making me little worried now.I did some silly mistakes.:( Currently i am having 4 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in one R&D Centre of a software company (Telecomm domain)and till fall it will be around 5 years.I have around 5 awards from my current organization and around 5/6 awards from techfest of my University. My education background in brief: X :8.72% XII:8.18% BTech:8.45 (Electronics and Telecommunication,NIT Silchar) I am interested in Computer Science (Networking) and have come out with the below list of universities. University of Texas at Austin North Carolina State University University of Texas at Dallas University of Florida Please suggest some more universties for my profile...will i be eligible to apply for ME at Cornell Will my experience and score can help me getting into some good universities??
