  1. I've looked for a good list on several forums and could not find anything! Does anyone have a top 5/top 10 list that fits the description? Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, MIT, Columbia, Stanford are just a few that I am aware of, can anyone put these in order and/or add to the list? A top 5 list would be much appreciated. Thanks!
  2. I'm looking to get into one of the top 1-year pre-experience Masters in Finance (financial economics, financial engineering) programs (Cambridge, Oxford, MIT, LSE, ...) I just finished writing the GMAT and I was quite disappointed with the results (690, Q48, V35). Until then I thought I had a pretty good profile. My question: should I retake or take GRE, or is the rest of my profile good enough to account for low score? profile: 3.95/4.00 GPA in engineering from top 20 university in the world 2 full summers of trading floor experience in Tier 1 banks Teaching Assistant in mathematics at my university played national level sports and am still very involved very active with university life, founded two clubs (one academic and one sports-related) perfectly bilingual any thoughts comments are appreciated!! Thanks
  3. Hello I am extremely impressed and I wanted to congrat you a lot! You give hope to everyone and your help is precious. I really think it is extremely nice from you to write all this. Again Congrat
  4. Hello here is my advice: basically you dont have a lot of time so my unique advice would be: Buy the Barron's Book: Essential Words for the GRE and learn the 800 words and the 300 Most Important Words. On the 800 Words, you should already know at least 400 words (GMAT). I Think it is possible to increase your score in 2 weeks but give your max Good luck
  5. Thank you very much for your advice, I wil follow it
  6. Hello, I have 2 months. Do you think it is better to Focus on the 800 or 4000 Words? 4000 is a lot and I am sometime afraid of mixing up the words. Thank you for your help and time Steve
  7. Congrat it is really good, I have a small question :), do you think it is better to study the High Freq words or the Big List of Barron's? (800 again 4000) I have 2 months In my case, Im studying the same way as you did Studying the Big Book Analogies + Antonyms (So Im also discovering some new words) Thank you for your answer and again congrat :)
  8. It s amazing :D Congraaaaaaaaaaaat Could you just tell me where did you find the 800 Barron's words? Thaaaaaaaaanks
  9. Hello, Do you know where I could find these words? Thank you very much Steve
