I have got my result 86Reading 19Listening 22speaking 22writing 23I was seeking a higher score. Anyway, that is good for the preparation that I have made.

Hi all,I have taken the TOEFL today. I am a little bit worried about the result. Anyway, I hope everything will be fine. How can I know whether my response in the speaking task was recorded properly? Also, I want to know moving the microphone after the calibration can affect the quality of the recorded response. The most important thing is how can the microphone separate my sound from the others who are speaking at the same time during the recording time.Best Regards

I have received my score. It is as following 1- Reading 21 ( last time 20 ) 2- listening 21 ( last time 18 ) 3- speaking 15 as before 4- writing 24 ( last time 20 ) I want to pass my thanks to you all. I have obtained my required score.

My friend, who took the exam with me at the same center and in the same day, received his score. However, my score still unavailable. I do not know what is wrong? Anyone has an experience about something like this. Thanks a lot.

I have told the administrator about that after the exam but he told me it is not their problem as the distance among the students in the exam room is suitable. He also told me that ETS will not care about my disability to concentrate in the writing task 1. I have PMed you my e-mail before, so can we talk about the writing using a yahoo messenger. I have taken the test today. My exam was the short form while all the others in the n the long one. It was noisy to me during my integrated writing as I was not able to concentrate in it due to the distracting voices of the others. I think I could do better in this task if I was able to concentrate in the reading and lecture. Can I make anything that save my right. I mean that how I can tell the ets about that and whether this may help me, i.e, would this make me able to retake the exam free if i can not obtain my required score. Another point is that, in the independent writing I did not write the conclusion as the time was up. Does this impact my score?Also, in the body paragraph 2 I think my example is far a little from the topic but I explained it well. Is this, also, a thing that might reduce the score? Thanks again

And I will be happy if you give me some comments about my style of writing and what grade I can obtain. Furthermore, It will be helpful a lot if you give me some advices to improve my writing so that I can gain higher in the TOEFL's writing section within these remaining 3 days. Regarding the listening, I want advice from you. Really, the listening part is the most one that I have practiced. However, I am afraid about it. This is because in many lectures there are a lot of scientific new terms that may be distracting. Also, I have some problems in note taking as i can not anticipate which information will be most probably asked. I hope that I have not annoyed you or asked you for an excessive help. Hi all, I am now practicing the speaking from " The complete guide to the TOEFL IBT ". I am really frustrated, especially, about tasks 3 and 4. This is because I can not finish reading the passage with in the 45 seconds. A general problem in my speaking is that I can not speak normal fluent English. Moreover, I accidentally commit some grammatical and structure errors because I can not concentrate while I am speaking. I am practicing tasks 5 and 6 today. I intend to start the writing today or tomorrow. I am very worried and anxious. It is really a big problem as my exam is nearing. I have only 3 days before my exam. Please, if anyone have any helpful comment or advice, let me know. Thanks a lot.
