  1. Hey thank you for the reply. I think its better to contact NYU and ask them. :D I'm applying for M.S. in Management and Systems in NYU-SCPS. Hope I get through!!
  2. I'm not sure that it would because the best way to get a student visa in the US is to ensure that you tell them that you ll come back. Though i once went to a seminar presented by a person from the embassy saying that your status of staying in the US is not considered for ur visa approval. But however it s better to be safe than sorry right? Right now you're just getting a student visa so it's better to tell them that you ll come back. After you finish your studies then you can decide on getting visa or whatever to join ur brother's company
  3. I'm really confused about all these application process. My main worry is regarding the recommendation letters. Should i enter the OFFICIAL email id of my recommender or is it alright if i enter a personal id? I was a very good student during college and my professors liked me a lot so they are extremely happy to provide me with a recommendation letter. But the problem is that my college doesn't provide official email id's to the staffs. I can very well submit it in paper though all colleges suggest that its better to be sent online. So i'm really confused regarding this because if they accept a personal email id how will they know if it is authentic? and what if they think if its not authentic though it is? I know i maybe over exaggerating but i really want to get into NYU and i wanna make sure i do everything correctly. Someone please help me... anyone here who sent personal ids and got admission? or is it best to just mail them in paper?:(
