PP1 v470 q720-----> a week before PP2 v520 q740-----> two days before *** Barrons Test 1---> v640 q760 Barrons Test 2---> v600 q750 I was constantly getting above 550 in Verbal and above 740 in Quants in the Practice test from a Chennai based Gre Coaching. Actual GRE---> v650 q760 (1410) ***I heard marks in Powerprep is equivalent to actual gre***

Hello i am a working professional in an IT company. But have a biosciences background(B.tech,VIT Vellore). I had a decent research experience and hoping for a Publication on my final year research project. I Planned to apply for ph.d but getting a 3.0 in awa came as a shock to me. Seniors plz suggest what should be my next step now?

hey hii... i too am in the same state.I got GRE 1410 & awa 3.0 . I think before applying i need to ask the admission committee about the cutoffs... and it is correct that if u hav other good assets than dont much bother about awa.
