  1. I am finishing my first year of a Economics PhD program, and I am starting to think about how I should continue to study for the exams at the end of the summer. Anyone have any advice on how to pass the first year core exams? What are professors usually looking for to determine PhD or Masters pass? Any advice is appreciated.

  9. Yeah, I have been accepted to the program. I received a letter from the graduate school saying that I am being conditionally admitted upon the completion of my masters.
  10. I was told that I am on the waitlist for a school that I have been accepted. Is it ok for me to ask where on the waitlist that I am?

  13. Does anyone know if there are any ARE programs that are still accepting applications with full considaration for funding? I know about University of New Mexico, but I am not sure about any others. Thanks!
