Use specific details in your discussion. Nowadays, taking a qualification from a university can be expensive. Most people, prefer to spend less during their higher education years. So, building a new university in a place where there is no universities is a great idea. This government’s plan has more advantages than disadvantages. In my view, my home town only can win from the new university. For example, such massive structure will require many people to be built. That is a good opportunity for many workers to earn money during the project. Such massive construction needs many people. People are needed to supply the project, to build it, and to secure it during the non-working days. Moreover, working on this building, they will help to their families as well. Furthermore, when the structure is ready, it will be needed many other facilities. That will open even more working places, because there will be needed personal for cafeterias, for the campus and many others. This is a one great idea especially for a small town as mine. Although it is a small, during the academic year, there will be full of young people. Furthermore, many of the local students will prefer to study in their home town. This may help for the expansion of the city. They will need places where to spend their money and that will largely contribute for the town’s prosperity. It will be also a way for the locals to save money from spending money on their children’s living costs, while they are far away. So that, parents will have much money to provide their children better life. There is nothing better than seeing more young people in your home town than old ones. Such idea may turn one small town into a growing community. A new university is the thing that has all the requirement qualities to make it possible. Topic 2 Some people think that they can learn better by themselves than with a teacher. Others think that it is always better to have a teacher. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons to develop your essay. Learning is difficult process. There are 2 basic ways of gaining knowledge. The first one is with a teacher and the second one is without a teacher. Both types can be productive, but the one with a teacher is better. Gaining knowledge is not an easy process and everyone must pay the needed attention to it. In my view, when you have a teacher by your side you can learn more for less time. This is because of the fact, that you always have something who tells you if you are not right. Your teacher can motivate you when you are not motivated. When you learn by yourself you have to be highly motivated and to want to gain more and more. You must be never satisfied by the results. This can be tough for everyone. Of course, there are people who know exactly what they want and how to do it, but not all. That’s why many prefer to be taught by a teacher. Teacher is very important person during everyone’s graduation. Everyone wants to hear “Well done!” and other encouraging words. Everyone needs someone to show where, is his mistake. Just look at the fact that the teachers exist. If people didn’t have the need of teachers, they wouldn’t exist. Moreover, you always, need someone to show you the right way, otherwise you may go to the wrong one and spend there much time. Of course, it is important for student to study on himself own from the textbooks. However, for more benefits it is required to have someone to guide him throughout the confusing material. For these reasons, I prefer to study with a teacher instead of my own. Topic 3 Children nowadays, have problems with overweight. Choose a solution to solve these problems. Nowadays, we live in a fast growing world full of new technologies. These technologies made us more mobile, but with automobile. This less foot movement caused overweight problem to a high number of people. Overweight is not only problem of the youth. It involves over 2/3 from the USA population about 1/3 from the world’s population. Obesity can effect on many parts of the human body. Overweight means more work for the hearth and all other organs. It causes diabetes, heart attacks, and many other lethal diseases. So, if we find what causes overweight we can reduce it. Obesity is caused by many facts together. It is caused by the junk food on every corner. Junk foods are those foods with hydrogenised fats as ingredients. I mean every fast food restaurant. Furthermore, the food from the shops is not fully natural any more. All sugars and sugar replacements produce fat. One healthy diet can reduce the fat gained by the food. People must take more care what they and their children eat, so do the authorities. All the new technologies made your life easier than but not as healthy as it may be. All the automobiles and computers lead your children to the obesity. The problem can be solved by the reducing the fast food, the junk foods and by looking on the back label of the products. Training is also can reduce obesity. Trainings also burn those fats. Trainings helps to develop your cardiovascular system, this automatically means longer life. To be fit is not only a fashion trend. It is a need that everyone must pay the required attention.
