Knok, the Money I was referring about was the income that you could have generated during your lost time over the years... speaking about cultures, I am an American born, meaning I do understand my cultures here and fighting NAB and ETS in court or with an attorney I feel is the only way to make the two entities cooperate under "REASONABLE" rules and in our system a judge is the only one who can make NAB operate under "Reasonable" rules... Its unreasonable to stop someone from taking the board exam when requiring them to pass a speaking of 26... it was 24 in the past... its unreasonable when 48% foreign medical doctor graduates are passing the speaking with IELTS and only 3% to 4% are only passing with ETS.. Its unreasonable that a foreign pharmacy grad. has to solely depend on ETS as their only choice for foreign testing... Knok, my culture will support this effort, if they are aware of the unreasonableness of the facts... I have a better Idea... you may consider paying an attorney half that, and go after NABP to except test results from IELTS…You may then have a different avenue and perhaps chance of obtaining your magical score. ETS is happy for NABP to monopolize them for free, though it is illegal to operate a business that way. Also take the other 5 grand and have the attorney to have them to reduce the speaking back to the original 24 as it was before... its obvious that NABP is discriminating against foreign Pharmacist by raising the score without a true legitimate reason.... I see a class action lawsuit against ETS and NABP for jointly monopolizing test. NABP created it however ETS excepts it. Good luck 12345678! Oh yeah, you may also want to try... The National Center for Fair and Open Testing... they do except donations :) Toelflibt64... I don’t think the speaking section will ever go away. After all, that would be the major reason for having an English proficiency exam, be what I will say is there is several things we ALL can do to help matters become better... first, make NABP except other English standard test such as IELTS, that will force Toefl to request to NABP to lower their score back to 24 as it was originally that is if they don’t want to lose the business due to competition. Secondly... have all test takers to send a letter to toefl-ibt ETS complaining about bad test conditions of loud noises causing distraction due to low test score (this will establish evidence to sue for your hard earned money at a later date.. just keep continuing to take the test as you need to... It won’t hurt to also send the letter certified so it will show as legal for the courts. If we all stand together on this we CAN make a difference by making the testing conditions much better and make better scores. Me and my wife is doing the above and will get our money back that we spent because of bad testing conditions... Let’s all stand together by making these letters to serve as a warning to ETS Oh yeah... I don’t think they hate medics.. It is the way they are trained by ETS that causes them to rate the way they do. I think the first step is to join people together by putting the heat on NABP to except IELTS as USMEL does except along with many institutions all over the world... Also, if test takers are aware that they can sue or make complaints to be refunded on their test after failing due to loud speaking noses or distraction while testing will also create change as to how the administer the speaking part as a one on one with a rater as in a real world situation... This would be the BIG ONE to kick ETS in the butt with... just private message me and i will explain more about it so we can grow to defeat the discrimination and unethical practices that lays within the system of both, ETS and NABP One other thing I forgot to mention... NABP obviously don’t want foreign Pharmacist to qualify for the NABPLEX or they would not have raised the speaking scores from 24 to 26 this is harder than medical doctors have to score and not the same as one on one as IELTS does and ETS is happy for NABP to raise the score so they can profit off all the test takers around the world knowing less than 95% are failing in result... THIS IS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL PRATICES and UNREASONABLE IN THE EDUCATIONAL/MEDICAL/SCIENCE WORLD among all scholars AND MUST STOP!

It would have been approximately 800k you could have made and that would have been amplified to about 95% of the test takers less 50% that would have earned as well... in a nut shell that would be not in the millions but billions in income for the foreign pharmacist due to none acceptance of IELTS from NABP.. again, Congrats...
