I also recommend JHU. Austin was good for macro but some macro profeessors recently left..

Bajari at Minnesota is on leave now. He may be the best IO researcher at Minnesota but you may not study under him because he is on leave.. As many suggested, I also recommend NYU! unless you want to study pure macro theory at minnesota.
