  1. I'm going with Larry Krieger's The Insider's Complete Guide to AP US History: The Essential Content. There's a lot of overlap between APUSH and the SAT 2. The book covers both topics pretty well. It's also really comprehensive without being a textbook to itself (I can review American Pageant on my own, kthnx). It doesn't have any practice tests, which are kind of important. So I'm using a mix of US history practice tests and quizzes from this big review article (scroll down to the bottom for straight SAT 2 links).
  2. SparkNotes' website is definitely the way to go for reviewing Biology if you already know it. They give you their entire summary text away without registering. You get 3 full practice tests for Biology if you sign up for a free account. Their tests are really nice, too. If your bio class was really bad then you may want to consider downloading the MIT opencourseware Introduction to Biology course from itunes (free, again). I took one of their computer science courses and it was awesome. Berkeley actually has multiple intro to bio courses available for free on youtube if you want an alternative to MIT or don't like itunes.
  3. It looks like Longhorn pulled them. SparkNotes provides 3 full free Math II tests. They're pretty close to the College Board material. Maybe even a little harder. You'll have to make an account but it's totally worth it.
  4. On AP Calculus - You'll probably be golden for most of Math II. However, if you're trying for a 700+ then some supplementary material is required. Definitely make sure you're comfortable with basic stats stuff and brush up on trig. It's worth noting that 13% of people who take Math II score a perfect - this is more than any other test. That's probably due to the magic of being able to use a calculator on the test. On AP Chemistry - If you're in AP Calc and have just finished an AP Chemistry test then you'll likely kill. More than the other science tests it's going to test your critical thinking and reading skills. If you're curious: 8% of people score a perfect in Chemistry.
  5. I was looking into SAT subject tests for college prep and stumbled across urch. For me, the summer is for studying. I'm trying to find anyone else who's in the same boat. Looks like there are a bunch of old unanswered questions in the SAT forums. I'll probably have the answers soon. The original posters may not need much help, but I'd like for future users to have an easier time getting info than I am. If I think about it then I'll try to update things. Peace and love and scoring high!
