Hi guys. Does asking for financial aid in your sop or anywhere else in the application affect your chances of admission?? is there any chance of admission getting rejected because of asking for financial aid?? please help.thanks in advance.

I'm sorry the actual question is the 2 equations and then compare quantity A which is x and quantity B which is y.. please answer it.

should we take the square root of a number as positive only or positive and negative.. this is a question i encountered online.. A. x^2 -25=0 B. y^2 - 25=0 The answer is supposed to be C...the two quantities are equal(A=B) because we should take only positive roots. but the answer is D...cant be determined......they have considered positive and negative roots.
