The GRE isn't that difficult -- spend a small amount of time preparing for it or schools are going to wonder why you did not take it. Not having it is a bad signal (IMO) whereas having it and doing well is a mildly positive signal. If you want to goto the US you'll have to take it -- no need to close doors because you don't want to take a rather beatable test.
That being said -- I think you could land somewhere in the top-50. However, this is dependent on your letters of recommendation. You're profile is going to be noisy, so you'll need stellar letters and you'll need three of them.
