    Take that the total people is equal to the multiplication of all denominator of the fraction values=3x5x8=120 Now 2/3 Men= 120x2/3=80 . So women =120-80=40. 3/8 of the men are American s0 80x3/8=30. So men who are French=80-30=50 Now. 3/5 of the committee are French=120x3/5=72. So French Women = Total French people- French men=72-50=22. Total women =40 and total French women are 22 so women who are American is=40-22=18 So the fraction is 18/120=3/20. Ans is (A)
