You can't apply without completing your school because you have to send official school transcripts plus your Pharmacist Licensure and/or Registration Record and that's can't be done online, i'm not sure if you can apply from your home country but all these information available in the FPGEC application bulletin (Application Bulletin - Programs - National Association of Boards of Pharmacy® (NABP®)) and you can't take the Toefl exam outside the states, No GPA requirements. I'm in Chicago, still waiting for my FPGEC certificate, I believe you have to score a venue to do your internship before obtaining the the pharmacy intern license which is called pharmacy technician license in Illinois and you have to submit many documents including your college certificate and the ECE report. good Luck

I did not find anything but i did not receive my FPGEC certificate yet, although i have no idea where to look cause i've heard that chain pharmacies wont accept Foreign graduate and i have better luck with independent pharmacies.

Thanks Little Pharos, I'm waiting for my FPGEC and I wanted to know what's my options as I have not researched enough for internship options, I have a green card not a citizen yet so the VA thing won't work out for me, I appreciate any insight you can provide me with about the internship options. As far as I know, cancelled score can be reinstated if you submit a reinstate request to ETS no later than 10 days after your test date.

They will ask you at the end of the writing section to either report your score or cancel it, you should chose report it.

Congrats, May i ask what's the expected format to the speaking section?
