Hi Everyone, I'm going to apply this year for PhD in Economics. My area of interest is generally Public Economics and specifically Public Procurement in a context of developing countries. However I do not know of any good programs in my specific area. I've been looking through some excellent programs in Public Economics but I couldn't find any author working in the field of public procurement in a context of developing country.
