Econ Prof. thesis adviser, PhD from Top 5, should be strong Research Experience: 2 summer RA grants and one ongoing; current thesis in Macrotheory Teaching Experience: Math grader for Calc I (one semester), math tutor 2 years Research Interests: Macroeconomics, Labor SOP: not yet, should be fine. Concerns: not enough math classes, not strong enough LORs, no published papers, no strong grad level classes Applying to: what range should I apply for ? Other: what should I focus on most since I have one year left to apply? Any advice is appreciated!
