Can someone inform me more about this university. It is weird as they don't require GRE nor LOR and they want your official transcipt sent as part of your applicaiton submition ( Masters). Electrical and Computer Engineering | Johns Hopkins University Engineering for Professionals Are they more conserned about applied science ? Can someone please shed some light.

I have a scholarship from a goverment agency to pay for the whole program and I have stated that in the my applicaitons. Does this raises my chances to get accepted in master's degree program? ( how big of a factor it is? )
