Hi All,
I am applying for a doctoral program in education at Arizona State University. Last week, I received an email inviting me for a campus visit. The university is paying for me to fly to Phoenix and stay in a hotel for 3 nights. The visit will include a welcome dinner, several presentations, and a one-hour period for me to talk to potential advisors.
I know that I have not officially been accepted yet, but I just want to know if anyone else has gone through a similar experience? Should I expect to be accepted or will there be many candidates at the campus visit? This is where I want to be, but I don't want to get my hopes up yet if it's not finalized.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
