Hi all,
I am planning to continue my study and doing economics Phd and having a career in research, But based on my post earlier, it seems my undergrad GPA is subpar. Some say I can mitigate this by doing Msc in Economics, get a good grade there and apply for Phd. So need your recommendation on which Msc Economics I need to apply, preferably in the Netherland or Germany. Below is my profile. Thanks very much

Concerns: recommendation letters, been 10 years out of academia and some universities require sample of thesis/paper I have been writting. It had been 10 years since I left University and I am not sure if I still kept any assignment in both hard or soft copy. And I need to improve my GPA if I want to do Phd, thus I plan to mitigate this by doing Msc Economics.
Other: I have been working as a trader in a widely known international bank in its foreign exchange and short term interest rate trading desk for the last 10 years since I obtained my undergraduate degree; where my product coverage is exotic asian currencies.
