..i suggest u to retake your GRE.it wud be better, if u think u can do very well in the second session.!!..but u didnt tell abt ur field of study! i have taken GRE 2 times..both end up in bad scores..second time i cud improve only 40 marks that too in verbal,my quants score was still..still..hell still..and i dissappointed alot ..now..i am just trying to come out of the tragedy..but i wont leave GRE just like that..i ll make it..!!! prayers sabna

Dear Erin, I request ur kind attention to one of my posts, i am just pasting it here.!! To all of u from Life Science background and wanna pursue a research career in Life Science.!!:grad: i hope,:hmm: a huge percent of TMians are from Engineering background .From my situation i realised that those good guys cant help us with the admission advice and proper universities for life science field.so i hereby make a thread where i hope all life science graduate admission aspirants will share their scores( especially GRE, coz most probabaly those biologists who come from a non maths background will get a low score in GRE quants, and will be worried more looking at the engineeirng guy's quants score, lets share our scores i hope that worries can be alleviated a bit atleast..!!!!!!):tup:, admission status and all the things they want to get clarified..so comeon all biologists..lets march to admissions through these engineers crowd..!! prayers sabna

CGPA- 8.27 Currently doing research at anna university in biophysics. GRE-1150 (v-540, Q-610) ( AWA- still waiting) TOEFL-250, ESSAY-5.0 Evenif i have done my bachelors in zoology, i am highly interested in plant science research...and to get in to a PhD in Plant science or in some less demanded areas of biology, can u just please assess my possibility in the following universities.. NTU-Singapore NUS-Singapore University of Houston University of Central florida University of Illinois. please , i am in dark...help me..whatever it is tell me the truth..dont give false hopes..tell me truth abt my possibilities please prayers sabna
