I agree with Abhishek_m, go with c. c is the best which modifies dishes. For E, if we say dishes not normally served, it seems like a sole sentence then i think it needs verb "be". For the others, the modification is not so clearly, here, we imply that dishes made with meat of giraffes and gazelles are not normally servered in restaurant in other part of the worl.like in c. :)
