Is there anyone who got Masters offer from UT Austin? I applied for the Phd and denied but got an email asking me if I am interested in their Masters program and they think there would be high chance of tuition waiver. What does this mean?

I get the point. Like you said, my department hasn’t been placing many students like Yonsei or Korea does even though it sends plenty of students in engineering department. Thank you for the comment and wish me luck :)
