Got the email from Rice along with the open house invitation says I am on the waitlist but since most of there students are from waitlist, so it's quite possible to admit in. I am wondering how long is the waitlist and do most of student on wl be invited to visiting day?

Anybody hear back from Rice after interview?

Does anybody know anything, such as questions will be asked or the process of the interview, about the Rice Interview? I also found on GC that some people were interviewed by professors but the other were interviewed by PhD students, like me. Does being interviewed by professors or PhD students imply anything?

Anybody still hears nothing from PSU? I just saw tons of admissions posted on gc and am worried about potential negative effect on my application due to two of my recommenders submitted their letters few days after deadline.
