long time lurker but thought i'd finally post something; in regards to the HKS application, do the terms and conditions mean anything? like the others who posted ahead, i also see the terms and conditions and, while the language initially excited me (the whole "offer of admission" aspect), i am trying to not get too excited for nothing. any thoughts?
