  1. Yes, thank you for your insightful response!
  2. Thanks! I wonder why they don't release the results at the same time.
  3. Oh that makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much!
  4. I'm an idiot. I just notice the program 's website says: Applicants to the Ph.D. program should have completed the coursework listed above for entrance to the M.S. program. In addition, applicants should have completed: microeconomic theory at the M.S. level econometrics or mathematical statistics at the M.S. level multivariate calculus and linear algebra I double major in math and econ and have real analysis, linear algebra, math stats, probability, and all but they are not M.S. level courses. Should I not apply? The application is due like...tomorrow.
  5. I am interested in environmental economics. My past research are all in environmental/energy economics. However, it seems to me that most people change their research interests in grad school (my advisor/professors and other economists who visited our school). So I plan to apply to both economics and applied economics and see how things pan out.
  6. Thanks! So I shouldn't apply to more than one program unless the school specifies that they don't share information?
  7. Would applying to more than one program (say Economics and Applied Economics) at one school hurt my application?
