Hello everyone! I would like to get a graduate degree (undecided between an MS or a PhD but leaning toward the former at the moment) in computational linguistics/Natural language programming. This is my background: I have a BS and MS in Mathematics and have been working in NLP this past one year. I'd like to know if anyone else here is applying to a similar program. Hey all, Been ages since I visited. I actually don't know why I stopped. I guess grad school has a way of taking up all the time you have (and don't have). Hey guys, one of my best buddies wants to pursue a PhD in Intl Relations. He is a masters degree holder in Econ from a good university in India. Firstly is it a good decision to jump right into a good doctoral program in IR with an Econ masters? I think this is what he wants to do. (1) good ideas and well thought of points are highlights in your essay. but the sentence construction is not as strong as it could be. (2) Dont repeat yourself ever, especially in the same paragraph (3) When you are finished with the writing, read your work once more and try to rephrase some of your sentences and refine them. Especially the ones that seem too long-winded, break them up into smaller ones which may convey your point across more strongly! (4)keep writing and good luck :)

You need to find out from http://www.ets.org about the dates available for august.. And since the most convenient way to register is online, you need a credit card to do this. And there is a testing centre in Gurgaon, though I always assumed that Delhi would be one of them too... Hope that helped!
