  1. Whether a person will survive a flu or not, completely depends on the health condition of the individual. If any area have a higher people with health issue, the general possibility theory is invalide there. The people of that area may be more vulnerable to disease. A colony of coal mining worker are more vulnerable to lung disease to general area. So the administration cann't just rely on general possibility. There should be more detailed study of smaller area to predict likely outcome of the flu in the perticular are. After all of the study, administration should take proper step according to report to prevent the disease to spread. The argument failed to make a convincing case that inoculations against cow flu to be routinely administered cannot be permitted due to the flaws mentioned above.
  2. The cost of a human life can not be determined by any measure. The possibily is low not zero that means some people are going to die if there is no attempt to prevent the disease. To not to save valuable human life, cost can not be an answer.Even if the possiblity is low, action must be taken to save lifes from the disease.
  3. My Response: The following argument is flawed for numerous reasons. Despite a small possibility that a person will die as a result of cow flu as stated, many lives already died. So, inoculations against cow flu should be administered routinely. The prompt states that there is a small possibility that a person will die as a result of the inocultions. But the prompt also states that many lives might be saved if inoculations against cow flu were routinely admisistered, which implies that many people already died due to the flu. So the assumption of possibility proved false.
  4. I have given the Kaplan free mock test. Pasted exactly as I had written in mock test. Argument Essay. Topic: Many lives might be saved if inoculations against cow flu were routinely administered to all people in areas where the disease is detected. However, since there is a small possibility that a person will die as a result of the inoculations, we cannot permit inoculations against cow flu to be routinely administered. Write a response in which you discuss what specific evidence is needed to evaluate the argument and explain how the evidence would weaken or strengthen the argument.
  5. Sometimes it is very important to break the customs that once produced success. Football Club Barcelona(FCB) was considerably successful from 2002-2008. They have won the the league title couple of time while Real Madrid, another team in the leage maintained a very strong team. FCB also became the best club of Europe once in this time period and second time through it's history. But, in 2009 the new coach made a lot of major change in the team at a time contrary to it's custom. Some change was acceptable to all but many changes were questionable to many. But in 2009, FCB won every thropy that it attended for the first time in its history. To progess , sometimes it important to break some custom of company to progress. Breaking companies custom may not pleasant to employee and they usually don't reccomend that. But an outside consultants will not hesitate to do so. The reasons mentioned above prove that outside consultants are important to progess
  6. In order to solve a problem perfectly, the solutions should be given from an unbaised viewpoint. Suppose A mobile customer care office give a break at 2 pm. All the other officies in the city also give a break at 2 pm. So, people may call the customer care at 2 pm to solve their problem more often than other time. But if the employees enjoy break at 2 pm they may not suggest to shift the break at 3 pm or 1 pm due to baised toward comfort. But the outside consultant may suggest the shift as he is not baised.
  7. MY Response : As outside consultants are expert to shape organization's structure to operate at maximum efficiency and provide unbaised suggestions, Companies should hire outside consultants. The consultants job is to shape organizations structure to operat more efficiently. They usually have a vast experience of dealing problems that impede organizations progress. Therefore, they can easily spot the major problems. They also have tried different solutions to solve these problems and kept records of the results. So, they also know which type of solution is likely to result in success. So, companies can hope that consultants will locate the problems and will give the solutions rapidly.
  8. I have given the Kaplan free mock test. Pasted exactly as I had written in mock test. Issue Task Topics: All too often, companies hire outside consultants to suggest ways for the company to operate more efficiently. If companies were to spend more time listening to their own employees, such consultants would be unnecessary. Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with these statements and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statements might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.
  9. Topics: To understand the most important characteristics of a society, one must study its major cities. A society can consist of many large and small cities as well as rural areas. Each area has its own distinct character. As characteristics of areas differ widely, one can miss the most important characteristics of a society by just studying major cities. The major cities play different role in a society. A city can be the capital of the country, a city can be the capital of the state or a city can have a port that serves as a business hub. Among the vast different characters of these cities, it is very difficult to find out the most important ones which is also common. Even if someone completes this difficult task, he missed out the rural areas completely which varies widely from cities. It is possible that all the citizens of the major cities have a very busy and dynamic life, while rural people lead a very simple life. In this case, dynamic life style is one of the most important characteristics of the major cities but not for the rural areas, thus not the most important characteristic of the society. There can be other difficulties in this study. There can always be a lot people staying in a major city and they aren't permanent resident of the city. Their behavior can differ from the permanent residents or even from themself when they are staying in their own city. For example, people go to Las Vegas for gambling or having fun. Although they spend a lot of money without any care in Las Vegas, this is not their normal character. Similarly, people can behave differently from their normal state in capital or historic cities or cities that are famous amongst tourist. However, there can be a lot of similarity between cities and rural areas. For example, the citizens of major cities start their day with a cup of tea or coffe while reading a newspaper and the people of rural areas also start their day with a similar fashion. But this need to be confirmed by studying both areas. The citizens of major cities may eat a lot of junk food. On the other hand, rural people may strictly follow a healthy diet. There is no way to tell this without studying both sides. People can behave differently in city and rural area. There can also be a character that is common to all major cities, but not in rural area. Nonetheless, there can be character which is common both to rural areas and major cities. So, to understand the most important characteristics of a society, one must study both major cities and rural areas.
