Hi everyone! I just finished studying for the TOEFL exam, and I want to share the resources (strategies, videos, tests, etc.) that helped me on my TOEFL.
These are all free resources. I hope it's okay to share!
Free lessons/materials:
- You should start here from ETS website to learn about the test: https://www.ets.org/toefl/test-takers/ibt/about/
- TST Prep's materials are already good enough. You don't need to take paid classes: https://tstprep.com/
Free videos:
- TST Prep is the first YouTube channel that I used extensively. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL0ZOT3eKp4RvKcQyBZJ4bw
- E2 TOEFL also has great content. I use it to complement TST Prep's videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClgEU5L6R4RuWZGd99h7qDA
- TEDx-ED (for education) has a lot of interesting videos. It's not formatted like TOEFL's listening, but it's useful, fun, and good for general knowledge: https://www.youtube.com/teded
Free practice tests:
- ETS website: there are a few practice tests from the ETS website, such as https://www.ets.org/toefl/test-takers/ibt/prepare/tests/
- TOEFL Mocks: it offers an extensive questions library with TPO tests: https://toeflmocks.com
I believe these are enough to help you get a good score. Certainly, these are already good enough for me to get 103!!!
