  1. Hello all. I have been accepted for a fully funded PhD scholarship in engineering in both the USA and Canada. These schools are Princeton University and McGill University. I am aware that both of these universities are prestigious, but I am finding some difficulty in making a decision. My main concerns are: 1. Immigration. If I decide to settle in that country after acquiring my PhD degree, will it be hard to do so in the USA? I have been told that the USA makes it extremely difficult while Canada highly welcomes immigrants and has a fairly easy Immigration process.(Will i get kicked out of the USA after obtaining my degree? I live in a third world country and would really love to relocate.) 2. Job opportunities. Which degree will open the door for more job opportunities in the future? Will it be harder, for example, to become a professor in the USA or Canada? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
