  1. Thanks Daniel Sadoc , Yes the book uses page size and frame size alternatively .So they are actually the same . But I don't understand about the physical address . if 2 ^ 13 bits mapped onto page of 2^5 bits, Should not the physical address (13 - 5) or (13 + 5) i.e 8 or 18. Could you please explain these . By the way , thanks again for your solution .

How many bits are there in the logical address? b. HOw many bits are there in physical address ?
