  1. Dont think so. Is possible they are unclear abt certain things in your applicaton and want to ask u. Heard of a guy being asked by LBS to write the SOP again. Dont worry too much abt it, and just take it in your stride. THe fact that they are contacting you means you are in the running.....
  2. As per my perception and udnerstanding, Oxford is far better.......thus...Also, am kind of enamoured by Oxford.....not so by Cambridge........
  3. kala...esi? pou mathima gia ellinikia? pou eisai? stin ellada?

  5. Congrats Ravi....... And if u know Greek by now: sinharitiria...... and since its new year.....also, kali xronia.....kai xronia polla..... See u in Oxford this year
  6. Any ideas/resources abt MBA scholarships for UK studies?
  7. Tushar I think you stand a pretty good chance. Personally though, I think Said prefers more work exp as compared to US B-Schools, though that is only my feeling. The reason being the average work exp is arnd 6 years. But then again, if you can prove a good career progression, u stand a pretty good chance. DO tell me if you have any more questions..... Have also applied to HBS, Wharton, Kellogs and ISB. Heard a no from Wharton, had an interview with Kellogs, waiting for revert, ISB-Round 2, so not heard anything yet. HBS-waiting but not hopeful... Thanks a lot for the wishes guys.......
  8. Hi people, Have been a silent spectator since April 2006 which was when I took the GMAT. Got an admission offer from Oxford and decided its time to break the silence. About me: GMAT-760 Work Ex- 4+(inc 2 years intl exp) GPA-68%(India-Delhi Univ-SRC) Any questions regarding the application process, please ask away.....WIll be more than happy to answer........ Cheers:tup:
  9. If anyone has any questions, willing to answer.
  10. Congrats for the scholarship. GUess that means you still stand a chance of scholarhip in the second round too, was wondering abt that....How do they decide Scholarships btw?
  11. hi people, those admitted into Harvard, can you shed some light on what exactly the application should be like? Should it more professional? More passionate? More abt extra culliculars? More abt work? Or even split, as u think okay? Have heard that Harvard loves something you began yourself. So, if you didnt begin anything, do u still stand a good chance? tks for replying/.....
  12. I know one recommendation should prefereably be your current supervisor,. what abt the second one? And in case of Harvard, what abt the third one? Should they be from ex-supervisors? Or can they be from ex-colleagues who you have worked with/ been associated with? What if you get it from a junior, you worked with? NOt reporting to you, but junior to u in teh company..... ?
